Bell 429 Production update

The AeroBoek Bell 429 Global Ranger Production page has been updated.

December was a busy month:  At least 5 units have been delivered:

#240 Air Transport Europe, Slovakia. 
#280 Air Transport Europe, Slovakia.
#281 Air Transport Europe, Slovakia.
#284 Puerto Rico Health Department.
#291 Flamboyant Helicenter, Brasil.

Bell 429 Production update

The AeroBoek Bell 429 Global Ranger Production page has been updated.

Nowadays approximately 275 Bell 429 Global Rangers have been build, delivered and are operating around the globe.

Thirteen of these have been equipped with a Wheeled Landing Gear.

Five 429 WLG are operating in Brasil;   #176, #212, #216, #266, #267

Out of a total fleet of 275 units, two airframes have been lost in accidents;  #046 and #197.

On 16 March 2016 the last of 15 units was accepted by the Canadian Coast Guard.

The First 200

With the delivery of its 200th. Bell 429 helicopter to Brazil it is time to analyse the first 200 units of the Bell 429 production.

Divided by role, most 429’s are being used for transportation of VIP passengers, 28 units are used by LAW enforcement agencies, and 17 units are used by EMS Operators. 12 units are not yet delivered.

When looking at the total deliveries by Country:

Sofar the Bell 429 has been delivered to or registered in 33 different countries.

41 units have been delivered to the USA operating in various roles.

26 units have been delivered to Brazil, all in the VIP role.

22 units to Turkiye in EMS, LAW & Utility role.

11 units to China.

11 units to Russia.
